Breathing Practice for jeb
Do this seperately for 3-10 minutes

Always inhale and exhale through the nose 

Diaphragmatic breathing:

  • Inhale – abdomen expands outwards

  • Exhale – abdomen contracts

Then gradually breathe into the abdomen, continuing into your chest and up to your clavicles. The inhalation will expand the ribcage and lift the collar bones. Start a balanced breath - 5 second breath in/ 5 second breath out. Build up to 7-10 seconds breaths.
